I get a similiar result. I get a "Mid Air Collision" on bug updates, and a generic "Bug add failed" when trying to create new bugs. Web Client works fine though. I suspect its because of the recent upgrade to Bugzilla 3.x from 2.x.

Does anyone have any problems with the 3.0.2 and MyZilla?

  5. Hi,

As I see, there are some people here having problems in adding bugs. As part of the development team of MyZilla, I must say it was difficult to take care of different version of bugzilla and you have faced o lot of problems because of this.

In order to help us fixing those issues please send me the log files of MyZilla. You can find in the installation folder (default: \Program Files\Tremend\MyZilla)

  8. lsdxtc,

MyZilla.log is the name of the log file. Just start a search on your computer for this file name.

... and thanks for your kind words regarding MyZilla!

  9. BigMike,

I checked your MyZilla log file sent and it looks like the problem comes from how MyZilla handles date format values from bugzilla. MyZilla parses those values and, in your case, it fails (your bugzilla system returns something like "2008-03-29 15:27 PDT" as a date format).

We need to improve that part of code to handle more general formats. Hope to come back with good news soon.

Hi MariusZ... tryed to find any logs on my both computers (Win XP and Win Vista)... no results :(

Do you have any options (or command line keys) in MyZilla to enable/disable logging?

  11. lsdxc,

When viewing the comments of a bug, what is the format of the date associated with a comment that is displayed in MyZilla? Give me a sample of such a value, please!

  16. lsdxtc,

I have found that on Vista, in the folder where you have chosen to install the application, you need to press the button "Compatibility files" in order to see the log files!
