Unable to update bugs?

Trying to use MyZilla 1.2 with Bugzilla 3.2rc1.

I'm able to create bugs successfully, and view details on existing bugs. However I'm unable to amend anything on a bug - for example, trying to "accept" a bug in MyZilla generates an error: "updating bug x failed. Internal error", while the operation direct in Bugzilla works fine.

The same problem occurs if I try to "resolve", mark as a duplicate, or reassign.

On another note, it would be extremely helpful if custom fields could be displayed when adding/editing bugs?

    Any suggestions anyone?

    Thanks
    Tim

We're seeing the same behaviour on 3.2rc1. I've not tested on any other version so I can't tell if it works better on e.g. 3.0. Can a fix be provided for this? It is a shame to not be able to use myZilla!

  4. Can you please give a try for MyZilla with the public bugzilla instances from: https://landfill.bugzilla.org

    and give me a feedback.

I am having similar problem updating a bug. I can add one with no problem, but when I try to update I get various errors. I get either resolution not allowed or internal error message.
I tried connecting to https://landfill.bugzilla.org as suggested by moderator. I connected to the 3.2 branch and got suspicious action error. The bug number I created on that app is 7148.

We are having the same problem here. I can submit a bug but I can't edit one without an error message.

One other note I also tested the landfill version for 3.2 and I received the same error "suspicious action error".

Bugzilla 3.2.x introduced a new security token in the HTML but not in the XML API. The patch in bugzilla bug 476678 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=476678 doesn't solve the issue with Myzilla or Deskzilla.

Hi - great software. I am new to bugzilla and myzilla.

    I am getting the error:
Suspicious action, when trying to update a bug.

Has anyone else been able to resolve this error?

    Thanks!

Several people in our office are experiencing this as well.

Deskzilla and Bugzilla direct interface are all working fine, but implementations of MyZilla are unable to update bugs with an error of "Suspicious Action".

We just installed myZilla 1.2.515 on a couple of stations at my office today.
We can create new bugs, but we are unable to save updates to any field on existing bugs.

  17. Related to "update bug" issue...

Bugzilla has introduced (starting with 3.2rc1) a new field that needs to be handled during the update bug actions.
We hope that by the end of the year we ca provide a fix for issue.
